冬の間この場所は
全ての植物に好まれています。

そのうえ 私もここが気にいっているので
シェアしなければいけません

This spot is well liked
by all the plants during winter.

And I also like this spot
so we have to share the space.

Today, it's this begonia's turn. 　　　　　　

Well, whose turn will it be tomorrow?

母なる自然からの恵みA blessing from mother nature

冬の晴れ間は すべての生き物に とても嬉しい恵みです

ストレッチングをしてみたり
フレッシュな空気でお腹いっぱいにしてみたり

川面の氷が少しずつ溶け始めています
しかしまだまだ外は寒いです

今年は誰が最初に 春が来るよ と知らせてくれるのかしら

Sunshine in the winter is a great blessing to all living things.

We tried to do some stretching
and fill our stomachs with fresh air.

The ice on the surface of the river has started to melt  little by little.
But it's still cold outside.

I wonder who will be the first to tell us that spring is coming this year.

ギリシャ神話で In Greek mythology

マイダス王は全てをゴールドに変えられるパワーを
欲しいと願っていました.
最初にそのパワーを貰った時は 彼はとても幸せでした.
しかし娘が彼に走りよって抱きしめた時に
娘もまたゴールドに変わってしまいました.
彼は困惑させられて このパワーは必要ないと悟りました.

今 マイダス王はこれらの太陽の光に触れられた
ゴールドの枝を見て 微笑んでいるのかもしれません.

King Midas wanted the power to turn everything to gold.
At first King Midas was very happy when he got the power.
But when his daughter ran to him and hugged him
she also became gold.
King Midas was devastated and realized
he no longer wanted this power.

Now, King Midas may be smiling
when he sees these golden branches touched by sunlight.

メディテーション(瞑想)の不思議The wonders of meditation

朝 私はメディテーションをしている間
リラクゼーションミュージックを聞いています

少し経つとバルコニーで小鳥達が
チッチッチッ ♪ とさえずり始めます

小鳥達も心地よい音楽が 好きなようです



While I meditate in the morning
I listen to relaxation music.

After a few moments birds start cheeping,
cheep cheep cheep ♪, on the balcony.

Birds also seem to like comforting music.







メディテーションはストレスを軽減したり 精神を集中するのに役立ちます

Meditation decreases stress and helps people to focus.

-8℃ 森の中の心を癒すお日様-8℃ The healing sun in the forest

このシカは何をしているのかしら

太陽の暖かみに近づこうと
伸びをしているかのよう

私も同じようにしてみたら
肌に心地よいお日様の暖かさを感じました



I wonder what this deer is doing.

Seems like he is stretching up
to get closer to the warmth of the sun.

I also did the same and felt
the healing of the warmth of the sun on my skin.

Part 4 , 私がビックリしたわ！ あれから５ヶ月 I was surprised , part 4 ! It's been 5 months since that time.

リスがプランターに植えた種

空き缶から大きめの鉢に植え替えました

秋に葉が落ちて 春が来るのを待てずに

緑の葉がすでに出始めています


That seed was planted in my planter by a squirrel.

I transferred the plant from a empty can to a bigger pot.

The old leaves have fallen in autumn

and it can't wait for the coming spring

green leaves have already sprouted.

The present 《 今そして贈り物 》

特別な一日ではなかったけれど
地球からの贈り物は
必ずどこかにあるね

今日は空から　海

明日はどんな素晴らしい
贈り物を持ってくるのかな？


Though it was not a special day,
we can always find some gifts
from somewhere on earth.

Today, The ocean from the sky.

What wonderful gift
will tomorrow bring ?
