お日様の香り The scent of the sun

昨日は一日中雨降りでした

今朝 森へ行ってみると
青空が木々のすき間から覗いていました
そしてお日様の香りがしました

そんなふうに感じた事ありますか〜


It rained all day yesterday.

This morning I went to the forest,
I could see the blue sky through the trees
and I felt the scent of the sun.

クリスマスカスタスという名です It's called Christmas cactus.

毎年クリスマスの頃に
鉢いっぱいにお花を咲かせてくれます

そっと 窓の外を眺めたり 音楽を聴いたり
私たちの会話を聞いたり
それで季節を感じているのかもしれません


Every year around Christmas
the pot is full of blooms.

Quietly it looks out the window or
listens to our music and our conversations
and it may feel the season.

あれから6ヶ月 It's been 6 months since that time

今年も美しい老木は 森の仲間に
沢山のリンゴを分け与えていました

まだ森が豊であること
とても嬉しく思います

6ヶ月前の美しいリンゴの木

This year a beautiful old tree shared
its many apples with its friends in the forest
like it did the years before.

I'm glad that there is still
an abundance of food in the forest.
