I had a small celebration on my balcony.
This is to meeting many sweet people
on my blog and to my friends and family
who have been there behind me all the way,
I don't have the words to express my thanks.

夏の夕暮れ Summer dusk

ゆっくりと静かに

日が暮れようとしています


そして明日も

みんなが穏やかな気持ちで

いられますように




It is getting dark

slowly and quietly.


And I hope

we will feel peaceful

tomorrow as well.

“幼いカンムリキツツキ,それは電柱よ” “Young Pileated Woodpecker,That's a telephone pole.”

そのキツツキは一番高い木を選んだようです

あたりを見回していました

誰かを捜しているよう


生意気な女の子に見えるけれど

心細いのかしら




The woodpecker seemed to chose the highest tree.

Looking about

as if trying to find someone.


Appearing like a cheeky little miss

she seemed to be lonely.

今日 森はお日様の香りがしました

葉っぱのサワサワっという触れ合う音が

波の音に聴こえました


The temperature was 28 ℃.

Today I smelled the sun in the forest.

The rustling of the leaves

sounded like the rolling waves.

わずかな収穫 A little harvest

大事に食したいと思っています


こんな経験から物を大切にする事を

学ぶのかも知れません



I want to eat them with care.


People may learn to cherish things

from this experience.
