ギブ アンド テイク Give and take

バルコニーで
鉢植えの白い花は
春から秋まで
私たちに
喜びを与えてくれました。

今夜は雪になるかもしれません。

花たちが大事にされる番。
あたたかい室内に入れてあげよう。

The potted white flowers gave us
joy on the balcony
from spring to fall.

It may snow tonight.

It's their turn to be taken care of.
Let's bring them inside where it's warm.

ひとつずつ One by one

彼らは小枝と葉っぱを集めて
枝と枝の間に巣を作ります。

もし何かを成し遂げたいなら、
ひとつずつ取りかかったらいいね〜。



They collecttwigs and leaves
to build their nest between two branches.

If you want to get something done ,
you should start one by one .

たんぽぽ Dandelion

気をつけてね！

息をすると最後のたんぽぽの種が
一気に飛んでいなくなってしまうから。

冬の風に運んでもらおう。
じっとしていてね !　
来春どこに芽をだすか、風が決めるから。

Careful !

Your breath
could blow away
the last dandelion's seeds.

Let the winter winds carry the seeds.
Be patient ! 　
The winds decide where they will grow next spring .

かぼちゃ Pumpkins

しばらくかぼちゃたちは
夏野菜の後ろで
出番が来るのを
待っていました。

そのマーケットは
もうすぐ店を閉じ
そして、雪が溶けてから
再び花と共に開店します。

The pumpkins were waiting
for a while behind
the summer crops
for their season to arrive.

The market will close soon
and reopen with flowers
after the melting snows.

散歩道で On the path

かたつむりは
午後の日差しに当たって
きらきらと光っていました。

足音を聞いて
動きを止めたのかな〜？　
まるで時間が止まっているみたい。

The snails
shimmered
in the afternoon sun.

Did they stop
at the sound of footsteps ?
It seems as if time stopped .
