飛行機雲 Vapor trail

子供たちは
球場で野球をしていました。

飛行機は
空に真っすぐな先を描いていました。

写真の向こう側には
たくさんの物語がありそうです。

Kids were playing baseball
in the field.

A plane was drawing
a straight line in the sky.

There must be a lot of stories
behide the picture.

りんご狩り Apple picking

ここはりんご園。

はしごをりんごの木に立てかける人も
低い枝にのぼる人も
ただりんごに飛びつく人も

みな笑顔で楽しんでいました。

Here in the apple orchard.

Some people leaned ladders on the apple trees
Some climbed the lower branches
Others just jumped up at the apples

Everybody was smilling and having fun.

同化 Assimilation

近づいてよく見て。

それは花の一部ではありません。

傷ついた蛾！

それでも優雅に

ひらひらと飛び去りました。


Take a closer look.

It is not a part of the flower.

An injured moth !

Yet, it flittered away with grace.

来客 Visitor

なんて良いお天気なのでしょう！
Buzzzzzz~~~~　ブ〜ン〜〜〜
ハミングバード！
お花は彼の好物ではなかったようです。
あっという間に去ってしまいました。

そして午後は穏やかに流れていきました。

A hummingbird !
The flower was not his favorite.
The hummingbird was gone in a flash.

And then the afternoon rolled on serenely.

季節の変り目 The change of season

マーケットでは
かぼちゃが
とうもろこしの後ろで
時期を待っています。

かぼちゃたちも、
お行儀のよい子供たちのように見えるね〜。



Pumpkins are waiting
behind the corn at the market
until they come into season.

They look like good children.
